'Shivaji' has given a new one-word punchline- a long drawn-out 'Coooooooooooool'! In each of his film, Shankar deals with one form of corruption or the other.

This time around too, there is corruption. The hero, a young man from Tamilnadu, goes to the US and amasses huge wealth and returns to India to open colleges and hospitals for the financially weaker section. But corrupt politicians step in and thwart his plans. He now has to rise from the dust and fulfill his dreams...
The film talks about, like all other Shankar creations, corruption and building colleges and clearing black money.
But the irony is- in Tamilnadu and some parts of Kerala, the film's tickets are being sold at five times the cost at the counter itself!!!
Is Rajinikanth or Shankar going to do something about it?
