Navya Nair probably chose a very bad time to make a powerful comeback to Malayalam films.
She now has some very impressive films with the leading actors of Malayalam. Even before shifting to Tamil, she had acted with Prithviraj and Dileep. Her adventures in Tamil weren't that encouraging. So, she's now back and this time she intends to get it right in Tamil.
She is one of the heroines in the new Mohanlal film 'Alibhai'.
She also is going to star with Suresh Gopi as his heroine in 'Kichamani MBA'.
But Navya couldn't have accepted all these films at a more wrong time. 'Alibhai' has run into trouble thanks to the new strike that MACTA had launched. This time around, Vinayan, the MACTA president is very keen on waging a war against the superstars. Since all the pending films have come to a standstill, nobody knows when 'Alibhai' would be completed.
