Last week our Thalai flew down to Chennai, taking time of his busy Billa outdoor shoot from Malaysia. He wanted to spend two days with his beloved wife Shalu, who is on the family way.
Ajit & Shalini are one of the best loved couple in the industry, and everybody is happy that they are going to have a baby. According to Babu, Shalini's father, who used to manage her career from a baby artist to a top heroine: "For me she is still a baby, and I'm overjoyed to hear that my baby is going to have a baby!"
Babu and his wife are taking extra care of Shalini, while Ajit is away shooting abroad. Added Babu: "She has been advised to take complete bed rest by her doctor. I'm waiting eagerly for the day I will become a grand father".
Meanwhile the anxious father-to- be, spent two quiet days with Shalini in Chennai and went back to his outdoor shoot. Ajit now keeps in touch with Shalini through regular SMS's and at least three calls a day! He should be back in Chennai by mid-July, after completing almost 80 percent of Billa.
