Mamta, one of the actresses from the God's Own Country, made a debut in Tamil cinema with Sivapathikaram.
The tall actress has now been assigned to act opposite Arjun in a movie titled Aruvadai. Produced by Henry of Pankaj Productions, Aruvadai features Mammootty and Sneha beside Arjun.
The movie is simultaneously made in Malayalam too.
Mamta, a popular actress in Kerala, had ventured to Tamil and Telugu recently. She is acting in a couple of Telugu films including one opposite NTR Jr.
Mamta is confident that Aruvadai would have more scope for her to prove her acting skills in Tamil.
