It will be a long while before Navya Nair comes to terms with the price that she had to pay for starring in 'Maayakannadi'.
In the film, she had played the role of a hairdresser in an upmarket saloon in Chennai. Navya was very happy because, for the first time in her career, she was going to play the role of a very modern girl. She had appeared in quite a number of colorful wigs and it didn't stop at that.
There were many scenes in the film where she appeared with colored and streaked hair.
The film flopped. Navya thought that she could simply move on to her next films. But, only now has she started to realize the consequences of all the hair-coloring.
She has started to lose lot of hair and is now very worried about it.
