Srikanth has as good as declared that he is fed up with life because of the Vandana matter.
Because of Vandana's complaints against him, Srikanth got anticipatory bail and this is what he had to say when he made his statement.
"It is true that I fell in love with Vandana and it is true that we had a secret register marriage. I am not refuting that. After that, with the consent of my parents, we had an engagement so we could have a public wedding. But Vandana's family hid the fact that there were cases of fraud filed against them.
When there are cases against them, we did not want to conduct the marriage right away. That's why we stopped the wedding. But Vandana's parents were in a great hurry. Listening to her parents, Vandana was also in a hurry and entered my house by force and settled down.
I have built my house with the sweat of my toil in films and am in a situation where I can't live in my own house. I have no peace of mind and am suffering from lack of sleep. My film career has been very badly affected. So I am being dogged by financial problems and mental troubles.
I am living now only for my parents. I have no wish to live. I have been deeply ashamed because of Vandana's doings."
While this is Srikanth's statement, Vandana in her statement has again impressed upon the fact that she wants to live together with Srikanth.
