The lady who floored Simbu

The selection process of heroine for Kettavan is quite interesting. It was reported that Lekha Washington who is a popular VJ with SS Music was at the premiere of Spiderman 3 where she had attracted a lot of attention especially with the younger brood of tinsel town. Simbu who was at this show was visibly floored by her antics had approached the lady the very next day with a heroine?s role in his Kettavan. Impressed with Simbu, Lekha has also agreed to sign on the dotted line.




Work in Kettavan is steadily progressing and in the music department Simbu has decided to remix his father?s ?Raakala Velaiyile? from Mythili Ennai Kaadali. Incidentally, in Manmadan too, he had remixed ?en aasai mythiliye? from the same film which was a chartbuster. Perhaps there is a sentiment magic that is working here...
