Ajith fans are all ready with fireworks to welcome 'Kireedom' that is to hit the screens on July 20.
Newcomer Vijay makes his debut as director of 'Kireedom,' the Tamil re-make of the original Malayalam 'Kireedom.' The Tamil version has been suitably amended on Rajiv Menon's recommendation. Vijay used to be assistant to Rajiv Menon.
"Since a few Tamil films inspired by 'Kireedom' have already been made, I retained the core story of the film but made some suitable changes for Ajith and the Tamil audience," says Vijay. The Trisha-Ajith scenes are all totally new.
Lyricist Na Muthukumar has written the dialogues for the film. This is the first time he is writing dialogues for a film. The cinematography is by Thiru who wielded the camera for 'Hey Ram' and 'Little John.'
All songs have been written by Na Muthukumar and composed by young musician GV Prakash Kumar. Art is by Selva Kumar.
Action has been given as much importance as the story. Stunts are by Super Subbarayan and Ajith has taken risks he has not done before. Rajkiran, Trisha and Vivek are the other stars of the film.
The publicity speaks of 'The crown Ajith wears.' Hopefully the film will live up to the publicity!
