The debacle of 'Mission 90 days' seems to have demoralized Mammooty. The actor now has decided to experiment with his hit formula.
Mammooty is now ready to return to action-comedy formula because it has been a while since he had come up with a convincing blockbuster hits. While 'Mission 90 Days' managed to only recover its costs, other films like 'Big B', too didn't exactly set the box office roaring.
The last big hits from the actor were mixes of action and comedy- 'Raajamanikkam' and 'Thommanum Makkalum' to name a few.
That probably is the reason why he has reunited with Shafi for his new film. 'Maayavi' was Mammooty's other film with the director.
It still remains to be seen if 'Nasrani' makes its way to the theatres for Onam this year.
