I would say the first four are connected. People go elsewhere for better money. That naturally brings better life style and gives access to better education. It also ensures better future.

i gotta say its for money and better opportunities.
there are so many smart, intelligent people in kerala. if they all stayed there then there would be no jobs (as was the case until the IT companies came to Kerala! Yay! more jobs!!! )
So many of them left to look for jobs abroad, for better paying jobs and good education for their kids and the next generation wouldn't have to suffer like they did.
I bet most of them still love Kerala deep within!

we have not much job opportunities there in kerala.the remuneration is also very low when compared to the living standard there.the population is very high so its very hard to get enough facilities.Comment

Compare to other states in India, kerala has got better living standards.
However we dont have enuff job oppurtunities for work. We dont have any good industry, and the fact is not firm take a risk to invest in kerala. We alwayz have strike lockouts etc. Even in this age of it revolution we dont have any good it firm in kerala. Dont know whom to blame. But Considering all these, people go out for better prospects, which we dont have in our stateComment

Just one word money. I came here to get a good job and to make some money. If i was a millionaire back in kerala i wouldn't come here. I think almost all mallus are going aboard to make money or for their children better education. I think once India will become a developed country like US and UK, then i don't think anyone will go outside kerala to make money.Comment

so people inn my age cum 4 education.. i absolutrly deteste it here..
im heading back to kerala sooon. maybe this year itself..
i am very patriotic nd i miss kerala completely.

Compare to other states in India, kerala has better education level and living standards.
but we dont have sufficient job oppurtunities.the fact is no one take a risk to invest in kerala due to continous strike/hartals and dirty politics.This are the reasons mallus are out kerala for better opportunity and ofcourse better money...........but still mallu is mallu and always love my kerala thats god's own countryComment
