Classmates or Notebook ?

surely i'ud prefer notebook

..notebook's story is entirely diff frm classmates d direction,muzic all superb... dis muvi shows what's the exact thoughts of teen agers...n also a must watch muvi for every one especially teenagers.......but not good as classmates in direction....

hmm..i can see where u r going ketto don..but, i am gonna say that..CLASSMATES Rocks!!!...it is better than Notebook in my opinion...the story is excellent...Notebook's is also, but not as great!....the direction for Classmates is better also...the songs were excellent, better than Notebooks...althoughI liked some of the parts in Notebook....btw...hope people that didn't see either of the movies yet will not read this thread..it will probably spoil it!!!

I would also say Classmates ...because of all the campus films ..classmates really took my mind,heart to that place where the mystery was happening and gave a suspenseful theme to the movie.....

I also loved the songs, the dialogues which were funny and sespenseful and the movie forwarded on...But still Notebook isn't bad either that movie gave me the feeling of a real college styish theme but...I think it lacked a bit of susepnsive bits like in classmates.....

The songs in Notebook aren't as good as the songs of Classmatess....Especially the songs ; Vote, Ente Kalbile,Kathiruna,etc...

And if a Parent so both of the movie..I think he/she would say Classmates...Because totaly it had every thing in it...

So mine is Classmates!!...thanx don for starting tis debate...

I can see what u all mean, but as I told u I like the MOVIE Classmates more, but see if u think of orginality and emotions or from a LIFE point of view, then I would prefer Notebook, because it is more nostaligic than Classmates.

njan classmates akkum prefer cheyuka.. don paranje sheriya.. from a life point of view notebook is much much better.. but not every person has same feelings.. so it varies from person to person... ellavarkum palla point of views kanum..

I dont have a choice coz i havent seen Notebook.......I have seen ?Classmates 2 times its a campus movie with a soul. All the characters have given of their best.The songs are also good, especially i like the song 'Vote'.Altogether a very enjoyable movie.

classmates always. thats one of the best movies out their now. i lov that movie so much. the songs, story line and it's kinda realastic to a real campus events. i will go with classmates.

I actually think Notebook was a bold movie. Usually, we don't get open, doun-to-earth movies like this in malayalam. We tend to stress more in love and the good sides of it. And usual movies end with the hero & heroine joined. But this one is different. This movie goes further than that and show us the other side: What if something goes wrong? What would u do as a teenager? This movie makes u think! What if u were that that Sridevi, what would u do? What if u were in the place of Sera or Pooja? What if u were Sooraj? Its a terrific movie and I love it!
