The Death Penalty: Is It Right Or Wrong?

I notice now that a lot of men/women on death row now are being freed due to latest DNA technology. This is also the case for people who've been in prison for decades. Now if we had killed them, and then found out he/she was actually innocent, can we revive them?? Until we find a way to revive people after they've been cleared for a crime, we shouldn't be able to hang them either!!!

I its wrong because we can't have the power to live a person who dead.so we are not the person to judge a person for death.and if wr are wrong there is no way to correct our judgement.

Killing a criminal is a simple solution to the crime he/she committed, I feel life time imprisonment in solitude should be the best punishment. for man is basically a social animal, and what life is for him/her without socializing or interacting?
Moreso, forgiving and kindness is a virtue, which each and every religion preaches. in such a condition, one should still give a chance for criminals to wash off their sin, though the crime committed cannot be retraced but self penance should at least cleanse the soul of that criminal before he/she attains self salvation.

NB: Presently life imprisonment has a specified year span. i think its 13yrs. this even if pursued, should be used after accessing the criminal's crime record and his self penance action seen while in prison.
