1 (11-ounce) package STOUFFER'S? Creamed Chipped Beef
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
1 (8-ounce) package Italian recipe blend shredded cheese
1 medium-size red bell pepper, diced
2/3 cup green onions
1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
2 tablespoons cornmeal
2 (10-ounce) packages refrigerated pizza crust
THAW creamed chipped beef in microwave at MEDIUM (50% power) 6 to 7 minutes.
COMBINE chipped beef and next 6 ingredients.
SPRINKLE 2 lightly greased baking sheets evenly with cornmeal. Unroll 1 package pizza dough onto each sheet, and spread dough evenly with chipped beef mixture, leaving a 1/2-inch border around sides.
BAKE at 425? F for 12 to 15 minutes. Cut into squares, and serve immediately.
Makes 4 dozen appetizers.
