1/2 pound (8 ounces) snow pea pods, tips removed
1/2 cup LAND O LAKES? Sour Cream
1 (8-ounce) package imitation crabmeat, finely chopped
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon horseradish
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Fresh parsley, if desired
Cut seam on side of pea pod forming pocket.
Combine all remaining ingredients except parsley in small bowl. Spoon or pipe 2 teaspoons crab mixture into each pea pod. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
Makes 48 appetizers.
