1/2 cup LAND O LAKES? Sour Cream
3 tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper
2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill*
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon granulated sugar
20 large cherry tomatoes
2 small cucumbers, each cut into 8 (1/2-inch) slices
Fresh dill sprigs, if desired
Stir together sour cream, red pepper, dill, lemon peel, salt and sugar in small bowl. Cover; refrigerate at least 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut thin slice off top and bottom of each cherry tomato. Place tomatoes and cucumber slices onto serving platter; dollop each with about 1/2 to 1 teaspoon sour cream mixture. Garnish with fresh dill, if desired.
Makes 36 appetizers.
* Substitute 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed .
