rava kesari ... aka saffron semolina .... basboosa indiana

well this is a simple enuff dish ... few principles ..

-do not watch tv while u make this

-water is precious .. d not add too much over here

-u better not throw it if u screw it up

gettn on ... first thing to do is too take a microvawable glass dish ... bigger the better .... aint it always

anyways now take butter .. ladies use em low fat one ,.... gents use whatever mums left back from the previous days breeakfast .... now add the semolina ... now u wud be loookin at not too muc not too less ... now u shove it into the micrwave and put it on high for two minutes

take it out mix ... shove it back .. now when u feel its like changed in clour ... i dont mean black smoke emittin piece .. i mean slightly golden instead of the pale off white ...

    maani u ready

now take saffron ... maani kesari .. u get em in good looking transparent boxes costs too much and doent even give u a hangover .. ...

it just gives this very pleasant taste thas all ... now take water ... loads of sugar depending on how health onsoius u ur mum and .... welll just take loads of it and add .. let it boil till it becomes ... slightly thicker .. ucan notice the level of water gone down ...

once that done add the saffron add like a few strands ,,, too much and ull get a very strong obnoxoius mouth crunchy (in a bad way) taste .. so take a few

add it .. u can notice the color changes .. now wait till it gets done for like 5 minutes ...

now add this watre mixture with a nice smeel to the semolina(rava in butter) ... put once of em plastic films that u get sandwiches wrpped in over it and pierce it a few times

microwave till watre dissapear like whooosh

ready ... rava kesari worth dying for ...
