1 package (18 oz size) chocolate cake mix
1 teaspoon cinnamon -- (optional)
1 cup low fat mayonnaise dressing or light or real mayonnaise
1 cup water
3 eggs
Spray and lightly flour 2 1/2 inch size muffin cups or line with paper bake cups.
In large mixer bowl stir cake mix and cinnamon until mixed. Add mayonnaise, water and eggs.
Bake 350F 20 to 25 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans on wire racks 5 minutes. Remove; cool completely. Frost with desired frosting.
