2 eggs
4 strips of cooked bacon
1 cup canned succotash (15 oz.drained)
(succotash is lima beans and corn.
If you don't care for limas, just use a can of kernel corn.)

In a medium-sized non-stick frying pan, cook bacon till crisp. Drain fat, break into pieces and return to pan. In a mixing bowl, mix eggs and a splash of milk (remember a splash is tipping the container for about a second) and stir till yolks are broken. Add the succotash, stir again and pour over bacon bits. Stir once again to mix in bacon and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, till eggs are done. Good stuff!
