Beef Coconut Fry
Nothing is substitute to the traditional mouth-watering recipe, which blends the flavour of coconut, beef , masala and curry leaves.
Ingredients
01. Beef (cut into small pieces) - 1 kg
02. Big Onion (sliced) -250 grams, Ginger / Garlic paste - 2 tea spoon, Chilli powder - 2 teaspoon, Coriander powder - 4 tea spoon, Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon, Salt - as needed
03. Big Onion (sliced) - 250 grams, Ginger (chopped) - 1 inch piece,Green chillies - 5 nos, Garlic (chopped) - 10 pods, Coconut (cut into small thin pieces) - as needed
04. Chilli powder -1 tea spoon, Pepper powder- 2 tea spoon, Coriander powder - 2 tea spoon
05. Curry leaves - a few, Lime juice - extracted from ½ portion, Garam Masala - 1 tea spoon
06. Coconut oil - as needed
Preparation
01. Clean the beef and mix all the ingredients listed under 2.
02. Cook it and keep on fire till almost dry.
03. Heat oil in a pan and add the items under 3.
04. When golden brown, add the items under 4 and saute.
05. When done , add the cooked beef. 06. When dry, add the items under 5 and mix.
