Chocolate Ice Cream
Desserts are always inviting. So have a chilling experience with this protein rich yummy ice cream.
Ingredients
1. Milk - 1 cup
2. Condensed milk - 1 ½ tbspn
3. Sugar - 7 tbspn
4. Cornflour - 1 tbspn
5. Cream - 1 cup
6. Cocoa - 2 tbspn
For garnishing
7. Chocolate syrup, Chopped chocolate, Cashew nuts, Raisins and Cornflakes
Preparation
Pour milk and condensed milk into a heavy-based saucepan. Heat it. Then add sugar and stir.Heat gently until the sugar melts. Add cornflour mixed with milk to it and boil. When it thickens, take it off from fire and leave it to cool. When it is about to set, whisk it thoroughly with an egg beater and return freezer.Mix some cocoa with milk. Again take the ice cream from the freezer and add the cocoa mentioned above to it and whisk. Then return to freezer, to freeze until it firms. Garnish with the seventh ingredients.
