    Choc Orange Pudding

    How to Make Choc Orange Pudding
    Get out your baking gloves and all the ingredients you need. This pudding is easy to make and a lot of fun to eat!

    Ingredients
    1 cup self-raising flour
    1 tablespoon cocoa powder
    1/2 cup caster sugar
    1/2 cup milk
    1 teaspoon imitation vanilla essence
    25g butter
    For sauce:
    1 tablespoon cocoa
    1 tablespoon orange juice
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1 1/2 cups water
    Cream (optional)
    Steps
    Grease a 20 cm casserole glass bowl.
    Sift together flour and cocoa powder in a separate bowl.
    Add sugar, milk and vanilla essence. Stir well.
    Melt butter in separate small bowl in microwave at "medium" (505) for 1 minute.
    Add to bowl with sugar,milk and vanilla. Mix well.
    Spread into casserole bowl.
    Make the sauce:

    Mix cocoa, juice, brown sugar and water in a jug. Stir well.
    Pour evenly over pudding. Don't stir it!
    Cover with cling wrap piece.
    Cook it on high for 7 minutes and let stand for 5 minutes.
    Eat!

    Tips
    Add cream or ice cream if you like
    Custard is also nice with it
    Put lies (candy) on it when it has cooled

    Warnings
    Don't eat too much!
