
Ingredients:
Chicken - 1 whole (skinless)
Red Chilly Powder - 1 tbs
Black Pepper - 1 tbs
Kashmiri Red Chillie Powder (should be very mild in flavor, you can also use paprika instead) - 1-2 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Oil - for frying
Method:
Slice the chicken into 8 pieces and make slits on both sides of each piece. Mix all the ingredients together. Marinate the chicken pieces with the mixed ingredients for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
In a large frying pan or deep fat fryer, heat up enough oil to fry all of the chicken pieces. Once oil is heated turn down heat to medium high and add chicken pieces. Fry till fully cooked and browned on all sides. Drain and let it cool slightly.
Serve with French fries or potato curry and a salad. Makes a great quick easy meal.
