Ingredients
1 Big cup fresh vegetables cut into
thin long pieces.
[Preferably cabbage, carrot, beans]
1 Big capsicum
2 Stems spring onion
4 Green chilli
Little white pepper powder
1 Teaspoon dark soya sauce
2 Teaspoon oil Preparation
Heat oil in a pan
Add vegetables one by one.
Add cooked noodles.[Add the noodles to boiling water to cook, if you like you
can add the masala and salt to boiling
water]
Add soya sauce, salt and pepper. Mix
well.
Then add capsicum, green chilli and
finally spring onion and little vinegar.
Serve hot...
