Ingredients
180 gms hammour fillet.
1 cup boiled rice.
1 clove garlic, crushed.
1 small onion, sliced.
1-inch piece ginger,
cut into strips.
1 tsp red curry paste.
75 ml coconut milk.
100 gms bean sprouts.
Salt to taste.
Oil, for frying.
Preparation
Season fish and shallow fry.
Put on hot plate. Saute onion,
garlic and ginger in the same
pan, add curry paste and bean
sprouts, stir a little while
adding coconut milk. Remove
pan from fire. Place a cup of
rice in the center of a plate,
top with fish and pile the
vegetable mixture over it.
