easy chocolate cake
sugar-1cup
egg-1
butter-1/2 cup
cocoa powder-1/4 cup
water-1/4 cup
curd-1/4 cup
maida-1/4 cup
baking soda-1/2 tsp
vanilla essence-1tsp
Method
first mix curd and baking soda and keep it aside
then in a vessel heat up sugar,butter,cocoapowder and water until all those ingredients melt then let it cool to room temperature. then beat egg ina mixie and add this into the cold mixture then the curd then the maida and essence. mix it well with ur hand and either u can steam it in a cooker or bake it in a oven till its done. the indication that the cake is done is that if u prick it with a knife or something it shouldnot stick to it. try it and tell me how it was .
