Shammi KABAB
Ingredients:
Mutton - Minsed (Kothiyarinjahtu) 400 gm
Channa daal - 1 cup(put in water for 10 minutes)
Ginger-garlic paste - 4 tsp
Garam masala - 2 tsp
Chillipowder - 2tsp
Onion - 1 big
Greenchilli - 4 ennam
Oil , Salt
Preparation:
1.Boil mutton with salt and water and grind well
2.Grind the wet channa daal and the garam masala
3.Mix the meat,paste in (2) and egg well
4.Mix the paste with onion and green chilli and make small balls.
5.Fry the balls in oil till brown color.
