    Egg Pakavada

    Egg Pakoda

    Boiled Eggs - 4 ( cut into ? )

    Besan/Bengal gram flour- 2 cup

    Red Chili Powder - 1 tspn.

    Ginger Garlic paste - ? tsp (optional)

    Thick Yogurt/curd - ?cup

    Water (aprox 1 ? cups)

    Baking Soda - A pinch

    Oil for frying

    Salt according to taste

    In a bowl mix Flour , baking soda, salt, red chili pwdr, yogurt, ginger garlic paste and mix well now add just enough water to make a thick batter of the above mixture keep aside for 10 min .
    Dip each egg half in the batter making sure to coat all the
    sides and deep fry in oil till golden in color .

    Serve hot with ketchup.
