    Szechwan Chicken Fry

    SZECHWAN CHICKEN FRY

    Ingredients

    chicken(boneless preffered) -1 kg
    oil - 2 table spoon
    cornflour - 8 table spoon
    ginge (chopped) -1\2 inch
    garlic (chopped) - 1 clove
    celery (chopped) - 1 stalk
    green chilly (seeded and finely chopped) -1
    dried chilles -3
    tomato or chilly sauce(depending upon how spicy you
    want it to be) - 3 table spoon
    red chilly powder - 2 table spoon

    Preparation

    Mix all the ingredients(celery can be avoided) along with the chicken(cut into cubes).
    You can add more of tomato ketchup/ chilly sauce if needed till a sticky consistency of the mixture is reached.
    Marinate and keep for 1/2 hr.
    Deep fry in medium flame till golden brown.
    Take care to serve it immediately.

    Can do the same with fish and cauliflower too.
