    Chicken Manjurian

    CHICKEN MANJURIAN

    Ingredients


    boneless chicken-1/2 kg
    ginger-1 tsp
    garlic -1 tsp
    green chilly-4 nos
    pepper-1 tbsp
    corianer leaves-2 sprig
    soya sauce -1 tsp
    tomato sauce-1/2 tsp
    chicken stock-1 cube(put in 1/4 cup of water)
    corn flour as reqd to make a semi thick paste
    salt as reqd
    egg -1

    Preparation

    Mix cornflour with egg and salt to make a semi thick paste then cut the chicken to 1 inch cubes and dip it in this paste for 45 mins.
    deep fry the chicken till golden yellow in color and keep aside in another pan.
    Take 3 tbsp oil and saute green chilly,ginger and garlic then add the fried chicken pieces,and saute well for a min.
    Then add soya sauce,tomato sauce and the chicken stock and mix well.
    Add coriander leaves and mix again and close the pan to cook on low flame for 10 mins.
    serve hot.

    You can also add salt if reqd when cooking.
