    Beef in blackbean sauce with green peppers

    Black bean sauce is a very popular condiment in Chinese cuisine. In case you have never come across with it, it is actually made from fermented black soybeans. It is strong, exotic with salty taste. It adds texture and richness to the dishes. Combined with tender beef fillets and green paper, it is a delicious, full ? flavoured dish for all beef lovers.

    Ingredients:

    ? 300g beef fillet
    ? 3 green peppers
    ? 2 teaspoons of dried garlic flakes
    ? Few slices of ginger
    ? Meechun Salted Black bean and Ginger

    Seasonings:

    ? 1 teaspoon of Salt
    ? Half teaspoon of Cooking soda
    ? 1 teaspoon of Soy sauce
    ? 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
    ? 1 teaspoon of cornstarch

    Sauces
    ? 1 teaspoon of salt
    ? 1 teaspoon of Sesame oil
    ? 2 teaspoon of cornstarch
    ? Half cup of water

    Cooking Method:

    1. Slice beef into thin pieces and mix with seasonings. Marinate for 30 minutes
    2. Heat oil in wok, stir- fry ginger and garlic; mix with the sliced beef, shallow fry until the surface of the beef turn golden, save for later use
    3. Heat oil in wok, stir fry green pepper with Gold Plum black bean, mix the beef and sauce together, wait until boils.
