RAVA LADDU
INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Rava,
1 Cup Sugar;
Cardomom - 2-3;
Cashew nuts - few;
Raisins- few;
Warm Milk - 1/4 to 1/2 Cup;
2 Tbspns Ghee for frying the Cashew nuts & raisins.
METHOD:
Heat the rava lightly on a wok. Remove from heat & let it cool. Powder it using the
dry grinder & keep aside. Take the sugar & inch on the dry grinder to form a coarse powder.Add the sugar powder to the Rava powder,and add cardomoms, fried Cashew nuts and raisins . mix well with a spoon. . Now sprinkle warm milk over the rava mixture & roll into Laddu's . Follow the same procedure till all the mixture is over - let it stand (to dry) for 15 mins then serve.
