AVAL LADOO
Ingredients:
1 cup white puffed rice (aval)
1 /2cup coconut grated
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup milk
a bit cardamom
1/4 cup ghee
Almonds or cashew nuts
Method:
1.Take the puffed rice and heat it in a fry pan.
2.Stir well. remove off the gas and cool for 5 minutes
3.Grind aval,coconut, sugar and cardamom.
4.In a vessel heat it and add ghee to it.
5.When the ghee is hot, add the ground ingredients and stir well.
6.Stir for 5 minutes.Add milk to this and stir well for few minutes. Now add almonds or cashews.
7.Turn off the gas after 5 minutes, and roll it into lemon sized ball shape
