    Chocolate Brownie

    Ingredients


    Dark chocolate - 3 (600 gm)
    Unsalted butter - 3 tbsp
    Water - three-and-a-half tbsp
    Castor sugar - three-fourth cup Eggs - 2
    Flour - three-fourth cup Salt - 2 gm
    Walnuts chopped - 2 cups

    Icing sugar for dusting - 10 gm

    Method

    Break the chocolate into small pieces and combine half with butter, sugar and water. Cook over low heat till they mix well. Set to cool. Put it into a mixing bowl. Whisk in the eggs and stir in the flour, salt and nuts and mix well. Add the remaining chocolate and fold well. Bake at 180 degree C. Remove from the oven when it is hard on the sides but still soft in the centre.
