    Lemon Pudding


    Ingredients

    Sugar - 1 cup
    Milk - 1 cup
    Cream - three fourth cup
    Flour - one-fourth cup
    Salt - one-fourth tsp
    Lemon juice - 5 tsp
    Lemon rind - 1 tsp
    Eggs - 2

    Method

    Beat egg yolks, sugar and milk. Mix in sifted flour, salt, lemon rind and lemon juice. Beat egg whites till stiff and fold it into milk mixture and put it in a greased glass casserole dish. Bake it over a pan of water (350 degree F) till set and golden colour. Serve cold with whipped cream.

    hmm..i had this once..it wasn't that gr8 at all...it tasted weird...thnx anyways for posting and sharing ur recipe of lemon pudding!!!
