Coconut and Semolina Pudding
Ingredients
Milk-2 cups
Sugar- three-fourth cups
Semolina- one-fourth cups
Desiccated coconut - half a coconut
Vermicelli - half tsp
Condensed milk - half tin
Some chopped nuts and 2 tbsp grated coconut for decoration.
Method
Fry semolina and vermicelli till golden. Add these and powdered almonds to milk and boil on low heat for half an hour. Add coconut and condensed milk and pour into individual bowls and set. Decorate with chopped nuts and grated coconut.
