Meen Mulakittathu
Ingredients:
1. Four thin slices of King fish (Or Hamour fillet sliced in to 1 inch wide slices)
2. Samll onions - 6 cloves (Fine chopped)
3. Garlic - 4 Cloves (Fine chopped)
4. Green Chilli - 4 Nos (Cut each one diagonally in to 4 pieces)
5. Mustard seeds - 1 pinch
6. Olive Oil - 2 table spoon
7. Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
8. Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
9. Tomato (diced) - 2-4 table spoon
(if not available use juice of 2 small red tomatos)
10 Red Chilli - 1 (for seasoning)
11. Salt - 1and a 1/2 tea spoon (or to taste)
12. Curry Leaves- 5 Nos.
Preparation Method:
Step 1. Marinate the sliced and cleaned fish with Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt for 10 minutes.
Step 2. Take a microwavabe glass dish with lid and put olive oil, small onions, garlic, Mustard seed, Curry leaves, Red Chilli, green chilli then keep in the oven (Low) for 1 minute.
Step 3. Now add the fish and Tomato and keep again for 5 minutes
Now its ready !!
