Meen Thyril Vekichathu Recipe
Ingredients:
Fish slices :1/2 kg
Tomato[ diced in 4 pieces] :250 gm
Potato[diced in four pieces]:125 gm
Large onion [sliced long pieces] 11/2 cup
curd : 1 cup
Dry chilly [Sliced] :12
Pepper : 1 1/4 tsp
Garlic[paste] : 1 TSP
Ginger : 1 tsp
Oil, turmeric powder and salt required
Method :
Mix the above ingredients and ladle to a cooking pan . close it
and cook for 20 minutes in medium flame. Remove the lid and
thicken the gravy If the curd is sourish add 1/2 tsp sugar
(Caution: Don't add any water while cooking)
