Tamarind Leaves Prawn Recipe
Ingredients:
Prawns powder : 1 cup
Large onion : 3
Ginger : 1 ½ tsp
Chilly powder : ¾ tsp
Tamarind leaves : 2 cup
Oil : 4 tbsp
Water : ½ cup
Turmeric : ¼ tsp
Garlic : ½ tsp
Method:
Heat the pan . Pour the oil. Saute the onion till it brown. Add ginger and garlic paste. Add turmeric powder and chilly powder . Stir it. Add tamarind leaves and water . Cook it in low flame. Add prawn powder. Stir well and add required salt. Chemmen Puliyila is now ready to serve.
