Hot garlic prawns
Ingredients
500 gms prawns.
3 tbsp finely chopped
garlic.
1 tbsp chopped green
chillies.
3 tsp chilli sauce.
1 tsp light soya sauce.
Juice of one lemon.
1/2 cup tomato ketchup.
1 tbsp red vinegar.
1 tsp sugar.
3 tbsp corn flour.
Oil, for frying and
cooking.
Salt and pepper.
Preparation
Shell and wash prawns well.
Marinate with salt, Vinegar,
pepper and corn flour for
atleast 15 mts. Fry prawn
till pink, drain. Heat oil
in a wok, add garlic and
chilli and toss for 10 sec.
Add prawns and the rest of
the ingredients. Stir-fry
for a minute.
Note: Just before serving
garnish with spring onion
