    Curd Rice

    Sour Curd-1 cup
    milk-3/4 cup
    salt-1/2 tsp
    oil-3tsp
    urud dal-1/4 tsp
    red chilly-3 to 5
    asafoetida-a pinch

    Preparation Method

    Cook rice in a pressure cooker. Leave it for about 3 hours in a closed vessel. Pour 1 cup of sour curd, 3/4 cup of milk, 1/2 tsp salt to the rice and mix well Heat 3 tsp of oil and add mustard seeds. When it pops, add urud dal, 3-5 curd chillie pickle,and roast fully and then add a pinch of asafoetida. Add this to the curd rice and mix well.

    curd ric eis really good, and most of the time it dosen't take that long to make!!..ur reicpe looks good and it is short so it should b easy to make...thnx for posting and thnx for sharing!!!..keep up the gr8 work aswathy!!!
