Rice Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups of Basmati Rice,
1 cup black grapes,
1 cup mixed almonds-walnuts-raisins,
1 cup mixed & chopped green-red peppers,
celery, leeks and cucumbers,
Juice of 2 large lemons,
Salt to taste
Method:
Boil Basmati Rice.
Cool the rice and combine with black grapes, almonds, walnuts, raisins, chopped green peppers, red peppers, celery, leeks and cucumbers.
Add in any other vegetables you may desire.
Add salt to taste.
Serve cold with lime juice or a salad dressing of your choice.
