    Corn Shrimp Rice Recipe

    Ingredients:


    2 Cups Basmati Rice,
    ½ Kg medium sized shrimps,
    1 cup shelled corn,
    6 small baby corn,
    ¼ cup parsley,
    Olive oil for cooking,
    Salt to taste,
    Salad dressing,
    herb butter or lime juice to taste.

    Method:

    Boil Basmati Rice. Lightly steam the baby corn. Steam tender, shelled corn separately, sauté the shrimp in olive oil until just done. Combine the ingredients in a bowl, and add salt and herbs to taste. To be served hot or cold. Garnish with parsley, raw baby corn, light salad dressing, herb butter or lime juice.

    had this dish like once before..i really liked it then, but I never got my hands on a good recipe..now u have posted one for me..i am gonna take this one ok dee!!!..thnx for sharing it dee!!!
