Corn Shrimp Rice Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Cups Basmati Rice,
? Kg medium sized shrimps,
1 cup shelled corn,
6 small baby corn,
? cup parsley,
Olive oil for cooking,
Salt to taste,
Salad dressing,
herb butter or lime juice to taste.
Method:
Boil Basmati Rice. Lightly steam the baby corn. Steam tender, shelled corn separately, saut? the shrimp in olive oil until just done. Combine the ingredients in a bowl, and add salt and herbs to taste. To be served hot or cold. Garnish with parsley, raw baby corn, light salad dressing, herb butter or lime juice.
