Egg Potato Fry
Ingredients
5 eggs
1lb. potatoes
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp amchur powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
Salt to taste
Ghee or oil for deep frying
Method
Boil four egg's and potatoes separately.
Beat the remaining one egg.
Peel and mash potatoes. Add all the seasoning to the potato and mix well.
Take one whole egg and cover it entirely with the potato mixture. Dip in the beaten egg.
Deep fry in hot ghee till golden brown.
Cut it vertically and garnish.
Serve with tamarind chutney.
