KIZHANGU MUTTA UDACHA CURRY:
Egg - 2
Potato - 2 cut into small pieces
Onion - 1 cut into small pieces
Tomato -1 small cut into small pieces
Ginger gralic paste - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Green chilli - 4 count
Coconut milk - 1/2 cup
Fry oil in a pan and saute the ginger garlic paste and the onions.Add 1 tsp salt and saute again. (Salt adyame add cheyyunnathu ruchi koottaanaanu).Add the tomatos akso.Now add the turmeric powder and grren chilli and saute for 2 minutes.Then add the potato pieces and 1 cup of water. potato vendu varumbol egg udachu curryileeku ozhikkuka. Then add the coconut milk and 1/2 cup of water. Boil for another 5 minutes.Udacha mutta nannayi vekunnathu vare boil cheyyaam.
