    Pork Curry

    PORK CURRY

    pork-2lb
    onions-3
    red chilli dried-15
    coconut oil-5tsp
    garlic-5pcs
    soy sauce-3tsp

    chop the pork to small pieces, add the soy sauce and salt and keep it for 30min. chop the onions small and fry it until light brown. pre-heat oven to 350degree and keep the red chillies covered in aluminium foil for 10min. grind the red chillies, fried onions, and garlic to fine paste. add the paste to the pork mix it well. pressure cook it up to 2 whistles on the pressure cooker. after opening the cooker boil it for some more time till the gravy is thick. Serve it with rice or boiled tapioca.

    that looks extrememly simple to make..but I don't eat Pork that much...anyways thnx for posting
