Pork Gravy
Goavan
Pork meat : 1 kg Onion : 4-5 big ones chopped Garlic : 2 pods finely chopped Ginger : 50 gms finely chopped Tomatoes : 200 gms finely chopped,
Green Chillies : 4 nos Slit across Soya Sauce : 2 tsp Vinegar : 2 tsp Salt : to taste
Dry masala : Chilli Powder : 3 to 4 tsp Corriander Powder : 3 tsp Jeera Powder : 2 tsp Pepper Powder : 1 tsp
Dry roast the above powders together till slightly black & keep aside.
Wash Pork meat & put it into a pressure cooker, add finely chopped Onion, ginger, garlic, tomatoes & green chillies and salt and Pressure cook along with the vent for 3 to 4 whistles.
Once all the pressure is gone remove the lid of the cooker & keep the cooker on fire add the dry masala powders, add vinegar & soya sauce & simmer for 10 minutes on low fire.
The dish is ready to be served with Rice or Roti or Bread.
