Curd Pachadi
- (Serves 6)
Ingredients
1. 2 cups thick curds (not too sour) beaten, till frothy
2. ½ cup onion rings, squeezed in salt water and separated
3. ¼ tsp. Round slices green chillies
4. ¼ tsp. Sugar, Salt to taste.
5. ¼ cup sliced tomato (optional)
Method
Mix all the ingredients in the curds. Keep it in the fridge. Use when it is cold.
Note
This pachadi can also be kept outside, but may get sour, if it is kept our for a long time, in case it is kept outside use it up as soon as possible after it is made. Sliced tomatoes added to the pachadi makes it tastier.
