CurdsChilli Chutney

Ingredients
1. ½ cups curds (not too sour), 12 dry red chillies.
2. 4 flakes garlic, with skin.
3. 6 button onions.
4. 1 small pieces ginger.
5. Salt to taste, 1 pinch sugar, ½ tsp. Mustard seeds.
6. 2 dsp. Coconut oil, A few curry leaves.
Method
Broil red chillies and garlic on live coals or fry in oil. Grind these along with onions and ginger coarsely.
Mix the ground masala with curds salt. Add sugar to balance the taste. Fry mustard and curry leaves in hot coconut oil. Let it cool, pour the seasoning over the chutney. Stir well.
