    chicken - 1 kg
    green chillies- 5 No
    ginger - 1 inch ( paste)
    onion - 1 kg
    turmeric pwdr - 1/4 teaspoon
    coconut oil- 200 ml
    red chilli pwdr - 3 tablespoon



    Either grate or cut the onions into very fine and tiny pieces. cut the green chillies lenght wise and marinate the chicken with green chillies, onion, salt, turmeric pwdr, half the quantity of coconut oil and red chilli pwdr.(nallapooley kai vechu kuzhakkuka) keep aside for half an hour. place the chicken on a low fire. ( please do not add any water, not even a drop). stir occassionally. when the chicken is done remove from fire and ; pour the rest of the oil and fry some curry leaves
    .
    Don't you think this is easy to make, after tasting it you will agree it is gr8 in taste too
